Situated in Dehradun, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University was established in 2021. This private university is AICTE and UGC approved. Admission to DBUU Dehradun is merit-based and entrance-based, both.
DBUU Dehradun BTech is offered in thirteen specialisations. The candidate should have scored 55% in 10+2, in addition to being a valid JEE Mains rank holder. Physics, Maths and Chemistry should be mandatory subjects in 10+2. The total fees of this four-year program ranges from Rs 4 Lakhs to Rs 6.60 Lakhs, based on the specialisation.
DBUU Dehradun courses are diverse. Some of these include BTech Lateral, BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.Des, B.Arch, B. Plan, B.Pharm, B.Com-Hons, BA, BAMS, BMLT, BPT, and BHA.
DBUU Dehradun grants scholarships based on exam scores. Students with 75-80% get a 10% scholarship in the first year, which increases to 10% in the second year. 50% scholarships are awarded to students with 95-100%. For JEE and CUET rank-based scholarships, CUET (UG) awards up to 100%, while CUET (PG) grants up to 60%. JEE scholarships are awarded up to 75%. To maintain scholarship in the second year, students must maintain 75% attendance and no discipline issues. Scholarships are not available for courses like BAMS, M.Pharm, and others.
An 80% placement record has been maintained at DBUU Dehradun Placements. So far, the highest CTC offered has been INR 40 LPA. More than 850 companies participated in the placement drive. Some of the top recruiters included TCS, Adobe, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Accenture, Bajaj, Tech Mahindra, IBM, and Decathlon.

Ans. While applying for SCE, Dehradun you have to pay a processing fee of Rs 1,000 that must be submitted with the application form.
Ques. What is the mode of payment at SCE, Dehradun?
Ans. You can pay by both online and offline methods. The processing fee can be paid online or in cash. Cheques are not accepted for payment.
Ques. What if the student is not able to deposit the fee on time?
Ans. If a student fails to deposit his/her fees on or before the date specified, the offer of admission will stand automatically withdrawn and the student will have no claim on the seat which means admission will be canceled.
Ques. How many scholarships can we avail at SCE, Dehradun?
Ans. SCE allows only one scholarship to be availed at a time by the students.
Ques. Is the scholarship valid for the whole study program?
Ans. No, the Scholarship is valid only for 1st Year. For a subsequent year, students need to maintain 75% and above marks in the previous year’s University/Board Exam and 75% and above attendance during the year.
Ques. What are the application fees for UKSEE?
Ans. The application fee for UKSEE(Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam) is Rs.1500 for the General category and Rs.750 for reserved categories.
